Trip to Houston and back to San Francisco. Two cancelled flights and three delays. The agents acted like THEY were the ones being inconvenienced. I'd had pretty decent experiences with Southwest prior to this trip but they'll be my last choice from now on. I'll absolutely pay more to avoid this type of service again.
